Some Sundays Special Classes.

Being Yoga Deep Flow in Point Reyes Station
Sunday December 17, 10a,m,-12p.m.
Yoga with emphasis on intelligent transitions, ease of motion, breath, and awareness.
This philosophy based practice includes a fluid sun salutation, asana practice offered with gradations of challenge, pranayama, mantra, and meditation.
Plan to enjoy time in nature before and/or after class!

For my community class offerings I am enjoying having them by donation, rather than a set cost or a discount for early registration.
One of the benefits of this is that regardless of the ‘cost,’ our commitment to attend is a strength in itself.

A suggested donation is entered as a rough guideline. You may complete the registration with no payment and give what you like at class, or make a donation via this registration.
